About Me

Greetings! My name is Kristian Raices and I am a multi instrumentalist, music producer, and composer based in the South Jersey/Philly area. My main instrument is trombone but I also play bass guitar as my secondary instrument along with a little bit of trumpet and keys as well.

I am currently a sophmore music performance student at Rowan University. In Rowan, I am currently second trombone in the RU Wind Ensemble, second trombone in the RU Orchestra, lead trombone in the RU Jazz Band, and trombonist of the RU Brass Quintet. I am also the trombone section leader for the RU Pride of the Profs Marching Band. I am also bass guitarist of the Hammonton Pentecostal Assembly of God worship team.

I also run a music studio at home. I use a MacBook Pro 14 inch and usually record with a Shure SM57 dynamic microphone through my focusrite scarlett solo audio interface. I also use audio technica ath mx40 headphones for tracking and Kali Audio LP6s for mixing. I also occasionally use my m audio keystation49 and novation launch key mini to play some piano in my beats or compositions.

When I use my music studio, I usually record music covers and even record my own compositions and beats and post them on my Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. I also use the studio to record solos for my customers on my Fiverr website.
